Hello and welcome to Mind On Jesus, a Christian blog featuring faith-filled Christian articles and encouragement for anyone and everyone who is seeking the Lord Jesus Christ. Following Jesus begins in your mind.
The Bible says that if you keep your mind on Jesus, He will keep you in perfect peace because you trust in Him. So pray every day and claim the peace our Lord gives you. Keep your mind on Jesus and He will make your paths straight.
Is your mind on Jesus?
The mind is a set of cognitive faculties that enables consciousness, perception, thinking, judgement, and memory. You may not realise it, but the mind is very powerful. It is unlimited in potential. If you set your mind on Jesus, your lives will be incredibly blessed and fulfilled. Your purpose here on earth will become clear, and you will experience more joy and peace.
Bible verses about keeping your mind focused on Jesus.
For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my laws into their minds, and write them on their hearts, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Jeremiah 31:33
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, fix your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 1:13
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. Romans 12:2
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus. Philippians 2:5
For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:16

My dear friends, in today’s fast-paced world it is easy to be drawn into the ways of the world. We have so much anxiety, stress, pain, sorrow, sickness, disease, pride, lust, evil, and so on that surrounds us every day. Life is difficult. But take heart! Jesus has overcome the world. Let us call upon The Lord every morning for strength, grace, and help.
We invite you to engage with others on this site; post your comments, and help build a community of fellow Christians seeking Christ. Share your knowledge of Christ and the Bible, so others can learn and grow in their journey to the promised land.
No matter what you are facing in life; God is bigger than our problems. He alone is the source of all healing, blessings, and peace. Keep praying at all times and let others pray for you too. As Christians, we are called to pray for others. Jesus prayed, not only for Himself but for His disciples and for us. We are not only called to pray for ourselves, but for everyone, including our enemies.
With so much madness happening around the world, let us take the time to pray for our neighbours, government officials, teachers, health care workers, business leaders, and families. There are so many people around the world, suffering from sickness, disease, and poverty. Many go to sleep hungry and many are exploited, abused and persecuted. Please keep them all in your prayers.
May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Remember to set your mind on Jesus and on things above and walk in the Spirit.
Don’t forget to show us some love and share our posts on Twitter, Facebook, and Google+. Come back again and we will have something new for you to read.
