Job 1:1 – There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil.

Job 1:8 – And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?

Job 1:9 – Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought?

Job 2:3 – And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.

Job 3:25 – For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me.

Job 4:6 – Is not this thy fear, thy confidence, thy hope, and the uprightness of thy ways?

Job 4:14 – Fear came upon me, and trembling, which made all my bones to shake.

Job 6:14 – To him that is afflicted pity should be shewed from his friend; but he forsaketh the fear of the Almighty.

Job 9:34 – Let him take his rod away from me, and let not his fear terrify me:

Job 9:35 – Then would I speak, and not fear him; but it is not so with me.

Job 11:15 – For then shalt thou lift up thy face without spot; yea, thou shalt be stedfast, and shalt not fear:

Job 39:16 – She is hardened against her young ones, as though they were not her’s: her labour is in vain without fear;

Job 39:22 – He mocketh at fear, and is not affrighted; neither turneth he back from the sword.

Job 41:33 – Upon earth there is not his like, who is made without fear.

Psalm 2:11 – Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.

Psalm 5:7 – But as for me, I will come into thy house in the multitude of thy mercy: and in thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.

Psalm 9:20 – Put them in fear, O LORD: that the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah.

Psalm 14:5 – There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous.

Psalm 15:4 – In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.

Psalm 19:9 – The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.

Psalm 22:25 – My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows before them that fear him.

Psalm 23:4 – Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Psalm 25:12 – What man is he that feareth the LORD? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose.

Psalm 25:14 – The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.

Psalm 27:1 – The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

Psalm 27:3 – Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.

Psalm 31:11 – I was a reproach among all mine enemies, but especially among my neighbours, and a fear to mine acquaintance: they that did see me without fled from me.

Psalm 31:13 – For I have heard the slander of many: fear was on every side: while they took counsel together against me, they devised to take away my life.

Psalm 31:19 – Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men!

Psalm 33:8 – Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.

Psalm 46:2 – Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

Psalm 48:6 – Fear took hold upon them there, and pain, as of a woman in travail.

Psalm 49:5 – Wherefore should I fear in the days of evil, when the iniquity of my heels shall compass me about?

Psalm 52:6 – The righteous also shall see, and fear, and shall laugh at him:

Psalm 61:5 – For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name.

Psalm 64:1 – Hear my voice, O God, in my prayer: preserve my life from fear of the enemy.

Psalm 64:4 – That they may shoot in secret at the perfect: suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not.

Psalm 64:9 – And all men shall fear, and shall declare the work of God; for they shall wisely consider of his doing.

Psalm 66:16 – Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.

Psalm 67:7 – God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.

Psalm 72:5 – They shall fear thee as long as the sun and moon endure, throughout all generations.

Psalm 76:7 – Thou, even thou, art to be feared: and who may stand in thy sight when once thou art angry?

Psalm 76:8 – Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still,

Psalm 76:11 – Vow, and pay unto the LORD your God: let all that be round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared.

Psalm 78:53 – And he led them on safely, so that they feared not: but the sea overwhelmed their enemies.

Psalm 85:9 – Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land.

Psalm 86:11 – Teach me thy way, O LORD; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.

Psalm 89:7 – God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him.

Psalm 90:11 – Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.

Psalm 96:4 – For the LORD is great, and greatly to be praised: he is to be feared above all gods.

Psalm 96:9 – O worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness: fear before him, all the earth.

Psalm 102:15 – So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.

Psalm 103:11 – For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.

Psalm 103:13 – Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.

Psalm 103:17 – But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children;

Psalm 105:38 – Egypt was glad when they departed: for the fear of them fell upon them.

Psalm 111:5 – He hath given meat unto them that fear him: he will ever be mindful of his covenant.

Psalm 111:10 – The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.

Psalm 112:1 – Praise ye the LORD. Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.

Psalm 115:11 – Ye that fear the LORD, trust in the LORD: he is their help and their shield.

Psalm 115:13 – He will bless them that fear the LORD, both small and great.

Psalm 118:4 – Let them now that fear the LORD say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

Psalm 118:6 – The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

Psalm 119:38 – Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear.

Psalm 119:39 – Turn away my reproach which I fear: for thy judgments are good.

Psalm 119:63 – I am a companion of all them that fear thee, and of them that keep thy precepts.

Psalm 119:74 – They that fear thee will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in thy word.

Psalm 119:79 – Let those that fear thee turn unto me, and those that have known thy testimonies.

Psalm 119:120 – My flesh trembleth for fear of thee; and I am afraid of thy judgments.

Psalm 128:1 – Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways.

Psalm 128:4 – Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD.

Psalm 130:4 – But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.

Psalm 135:20 – Bless the LORD, O house of Levi: ye that fear the LORD, bless the LORD.

Psalm 139:14 – I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

Psalm 145:19 – He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.

Psalm 147:11 – The LORD taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy.

Proverbs 1:7 – The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Proverbs 1:26 – I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh;

Proverbs 1:27 – When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you.

Proverbs 1:29 – For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD:

Proverbs 15:16 – Better is little with the fear of the LORD than great treasure and trouble therewith.

Proverbs 15:33 – The fear of the LORD is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour is humility.

Proverbs 16:6 – By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the LORD men depart from evil.

Proverbs 19:23 – The fear of the LORD tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.

Isaiah 51:13 – And forgettest the LORD thy maker, that hath stretched forth the heavens, and laid the foundations of the earth; and hast feared continually every day because of the fury of the oppressor, as if he were ready to destroy? and where is the fury of the oppressor?

Isaiah 54:4 – Fear not; for thou shalt not be ashamed: neither be thou confounded; for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more.

Isaiah 54:14 – In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee.

Isaiah 57:11 – And of whom hast thou been afraid or feared, that thou hast lied, and hast not remembered me, nor laid it to thy heart? have not I held my peace even of old, and thou fearest me not?

Isaiah 59:19 – So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.

Isaiah 60:5 – Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee.

Isaiah 63:17 – O LORD, why hast thou made us to err from thy ways, and hardened our heart from thy fear? Return for thy servants’ sake, the tribes of thine inheritance.

Jeremiah 2:19 – Thine own wickedness shall correct thee, and thy backslidings shall reprove thee: know therefore and see that it is an evil thing and bitter, that thou hast forsaken the LORD thy God, and that my fear is not in thee, saith the Lord GOD of hosts.

Jeremiah 3:8 – And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.

Jeremiah 5:22 – Fear ye not me? saith the LORD: will ye not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it?
