Mark 8:22-26. Jesus Heals a Blind Man
They came to Bethsaida, and some people brought a blind man and begged Jesus to touch him.
He took the blind man by the hand and led him outside the village.
When he had spit on the man’s eyes and put his hands on him, Jesus asked, “Do you see anything?”
He looked up and said, “I see people; they look like trees walking around.”
Once more Jesus put his hands on the man’s eyes. Then his eyes were opened, his sight was restored, and he saw everything clearly.
Jesus sent him home, saying, “Don’t even go into the village.”

Mark 8:22-26 records Jesus healing a blind man at Bethsaida.
God is setting the world right. He is setting us right.
As the prophet Isaiah wrote – Then will the eyes of the blind be opened, and the ears of the deaf cleared.
Our God is a God of miracles. He gives sight to the blind. He sets us free from what sin and death have done to us.
Jesus shared the truth of God’s kingdom. Jesus died to the cross to show us HIS love for us. He worked miracles as it was and is HIS desire to save us.
To our God who heals us. Praise and Glory be forever. Amen.
